Shipping policy

Every Zovelle order is prepared by hand and shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging — the signature box inside, your GRA certification letters tucked alongside it in the same parcel, never inside the box itself.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you automatically. We currently ship within the United States; for international requests, write to us at zovellejewelry@yahoo.com and we'll arrange it personally.
