Refund policy

If a pair isn't right, write to zovellejewelry@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. Unworn earrings in their original signature box, accompanied by their GRA certification letters, may be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, earrings that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.
